Regranulates are produced from clean post-production materials that do not require washing or filtration processes at 125um.
How regranulate is made?
Procurement of the Highest Quality Raw Material
In this case, polypropylene PP waste, both hard (production waste, defective parts from injection molding, various types of packaging) and soft (nonwovens, laminates, fabrics, ropes, films), are purchased.
Shredding and Compaction
Previously sorted into appropriate grades, the material is retrieved from the warehouse and subjected to shredding and compaction processes.
Filtration and Polymer Cutting
The polymer is mixed and fed into extruders. The extruded polymer is then degassed and filtered through a 125um filter to subsequently undergo the cooling, drying, and cutting processes.
Homogenization of Polymer
The polymer in granular form is dried and transported via a pipe system to a silo, where continuous homogenization occurs.
Shredding and Compaction
From the silo, the material is weighed into Big Bag packaging and transported to the warehouse, where it awaits shipment to customers.
Impact Resistance of PP Regranulate
We offer polypropylene regranulates (homopolymers, copolymers) for injection molding and extrusion, with MFI (Melt Flow Index) ranging from 2 to 25 in a wide range of colors.
The regranulates are produced from clean post-production materials, requiring no washing processes and filtered through 125um filtration.
