LDPE regranulate

In this case, LDPE film waste. Each new delivery of film is verified for color and quality. Accepted deliveries are properly marked and stored.

The waste retrieved from storage undergoes final selection on a manual sorting line to eliminate non-compliant materials (other types of plastics, paper, wood, metals).

The material is ground into appropriate-sized film flakes in a mill. This allows maximum utilization of the four-stage washing process, followed by drying and densification of the cleaned material.

The densified material is fed into extruders in a cascade system. The extruded plastic undergoes triple degassing and double filtration at 125 microns before the streams of molten plastic are cut with a rotary head and cooled with cold water.

The plastic granules are dried and transported via a piping system to a silo, where continuous homogenization occurs. From the silo, the material is weighed into Big Bag packaging and transported to storage, awaiting shipment to customers.
